1. Acceptance
By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App. You must be legally able to enter this agreement in your location.
2. The service
The App provides guided resume creation, editable templates, document import and text extraction, AI writing assistance, AI-generated resume and ATS guidance, PDF creation and compression, invoice creation, and related professional writing tools. Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued as the App evolves.
3. Your content and responsibility
You retain ownership of content you enter or import. You grant us and our service providers the limited rights needed to process that content and provide the feature you request. You are responsible for having permission to use all text, images, logos, and documents you submit.
You must review names, dates, qualifications, job history, contact details, links, invoice values, tax, calculations, and exported documents before relying on or sharing them.
4. AI and ATS guidance
AI output and ATS scores are automated guidance. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, unsuitable, or inconsistent across employers and applicant tracking systems. The App does not guarantee an ATS pass, interview, employment, business result, legal compliance, or document accuracy. You are responsible for final decisions and edits.
Do not present invented AI-generated facts, qualifications, or experience as true. Use the App ethically and honestly.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the App; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with security or operation; reverse engineer where prohibited; upload malicious, unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content; use the App to impersonate others or commit fraud; abuse AI features through automated or excessive requests; or violate applicable law or third-party rights.
6. Third-party services
The App relies on third-party platforms and services, including app stores, AI services, and Google Firebase. Their availability and terms may affect features. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
7. Intellectual property
The App, branding, interface, original templates, software, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms provide a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the App; they do not transfer ownership of the App.
8. Disclaimers and limitation
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free output, permanent file storage, or a particular career result. Keep independent backups of important documents.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss; lost opportunities, profits, data, or reputation; or decisions made using App output. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
9. Suspension, changes, and governing rules
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the App, users, providers, or legal compliance. We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Applicable mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
