1. Overview
This policy applies to (the “App”). The App helps you build resumes, analyze resume readiness, import documents, generate PDFs and invoices, and use optional AI writing tools. The App does not currently require a user account.
Resumes can contain sensitive personal details. Review documents before uploading them and avoid including information that is not needed for your application.
2. Information the App may process
- Resume and profile content: names, contact details, education, work history, skills, projects, photos, and any other information you choose to enter.
- Imported files: PDF, DOCX, TXT, JPG, and PNG documents you select, including text extracted from supported files or images.
- Career and business content: prompts, cover letters, professional copy, invoice details, client information, products, prices, tax, discounts, logos, and notes you provide.
- App activity and diagnostics: feature interactions, device/app information, crash or performance data, and similar analytics where enabled.
- Support messages: your email address and information you send when contacting support.
The App accesses only files or images you actively select through the operating system picker. Generated files may be saved locally on your device or shared through apps you choose.
3. Optional AI features
When you use AI resume analysis, ATS guidance, writing assistants, or document-based AI features, the prompt and relevant resume or extracted document text are transmitted over the internet to third-party AI services to generate a response. Depending on the feature and current service availability, these providers may include OpenAI or Qwen-compatible services.
Do not send passwords, government identification numbers, financial credentials, medical information, or confidential employer documents. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review all suggestions, facts, dates, contact details, and calculations before use.
4. How information is used
Information is used to provide requested features; generate, edit, export, and share documents; produce AI suggestions and resume analysis; maintain preferences; understand feature use; diagnose errors; improve reliability; prevent misuse; and respond to support requests.
We do not claim that an ATS score guarantees compatibility with every employer system, an interview, or a job.
5. Service providers and sharing
The App may use service providers that process limited data for specific functions:
- AI providers to answer prompts and analyze the content you submit to an AI feature.
- Google Firebase, including Firebase Analytics and Firestore, for app configuration, analytics, reliability, and related infrastructure.
- Operating-system sharing services when you choose to open or share an exported file.
These providers process data under their own terms and privacy practices. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell your resume content.
6. Storage and retention
Resume drafts, settings, and generated documents may be stored locally on your device until you delete them, clear App data, or uninstall the App. Content sent to a third-party service may be retained according to that provider’s policies and our service configuration. Support emails remain in our mailbox as reasonably needed to answer and maintain records.
No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the App, but cannot promise absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
- Do not use an AI feature if you do not want its relevant content sent to an AI provider.
- Choose which files and images to import; the App cannot select them for you.
- Delete local drafts or generated files through the App or your device storage controls.
- Adjust analytics or device privacy controls where your operating system makes them available.
- Contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion, or other rights that may apply where you live.
We may need enough information to verify and locate a request. Some locally stored content may only be removable by you on your device.
8. Children’s privacy
The App is intended for resume and professional-document creation and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child submitted information, contact us so we can investigate.
9. International processing and changes
Service providers may process information in countries other than yours. Applicable protections and legal rights can vary. We may update this policy when the App, providers, or law changes. The effective date above identifies the latest revision.
