OPTIONAL ACCOUNT ACCESS

Google Account Integration

Printer One: Print & Scan can connect to your Google Account when you choose to use Google-powered features.

Google Drive

Printer One uses Google Drive access to allow you to select supported files from your Google Drive, preview those files, and print them.

Printer One uses access only for the files required to provide the printing feature and does not use Google Drive data for advertising, profiling, marketing, or unrelated purposes.

Gmail

Printer One uses read-only Gmail access to allow you to browse your own email messages, open an email you choose, preview it, and print it.

Printer One does not send, delete, modify, archive, label, forward, or otherwise change your Gmail messages.

Limited Use

Printer One's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Connecting a Google Account is optional and is only required when you choose to access Gmail or Google Drive features.

READ-ONLY CLOUD FILE ACCESS

Dropbox Integration

Connect when needed

Printer One can connect to Dropbox so users can browse their Dropbox files, select a supported file, preview it, and print it.

Read-only permissions

Dropbox access is read-only for this feature. Printer One does not upload, edit, rename, delete, or share Dropbox files.

User control

You can disconnect Dropbox in the app and revoke provider access from your Dropbox account settings.

PRIVACY & SECURITY

Account integrations are optional.

Content is accessed only when you choose the relevant feature. Printer One does not sell Google user data, and Google data is not used for advertising, profiling, unrelated marketing, unrelated analytics, or training artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
