Acceptance of Terms
By using Printer One: Print & Scan, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website. These terms apply together with any applicable Apple App Store terms and any terms from third-party services you choose to connect.
About Printer One: Print & Scan
Printer One: Print & Scan is an iOS app that helps users select, preview, scan, prepare, and print supported content from an iPhone or iPad. Features may vary by app version, device, operating system, region, and connected service availability.
Eligibility
You may use Printer One only if you can legally accept these terms, or if you have permission from a parent or guardian where required. You are responsible for following the laws and service rules that apply to your use of the app.
App Functionality
Printer One may support printing and previewing photos, images, PDFs, local files, scanned pages, supported web content, Dropbox files, Gmail messages, and Google Drive files. Some integrations or features may be unavailable until enabled in a public app release.
Printing and Printer Compatibility
Printing depends on iOS, available print services, printer compatibility, supported file formats, network conditions, printer settings, and the selected printer. Printer One does not guarantee that every printer, file type, paper size, layout, color option, or print setting will be available. You are responsible for reviewing previews, printer selection, settings, and printed output.
Third-Party Services
Printer One may integrate with third-party services such as Google, Gmail, Google Drive, and Dropbox. You must comply with the terms and policies of those third-party services. Printer One is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google or Dropbox unless explicitly stated otherwise. Availability of third-party functionality can depend on those providers, and their services may change or become unavailable.
Google Services
Google Account connection is optional and is used only when you choose Google-powered features such as Gmail or Google Drive access. Gmail access, where enabled, is read-only and intended to let you browse your own messages, open a selected email, preview it, and print it. Google Drive access, where enabled, is intended to let you select supported files, preview them, and print them.
You remain responsible for your Google Account and for following Google's terms and policies. Printer One does not claim that Google owns, sponsors, recommends, or endorses the app.
Dropbox Services
Dropbox connection is optional and allows users to browse Dropbox files, select supported files, preview them, and print them. Dropbox access is read-only for this feature. Printer One does not upload, edit, rename, delete, or share Dropbox files. You remain responsible for your Dropbox account and for following Dropbox terms and policies.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the content you access, preview, share, or print. Use only files, photos, messages, and documents that you own or are authorized to use. Do not use Printer One to infringe intellectual property rights, violate privacy rights, access another person's account, create unlawful content, interfere with services, or bypass security controls.
Subscriptions and Purchases, if applicable
The reviewed app information did not confirm an active auto-renewable subscription. If paid features or subscriptions are introduced, the app or App Store listing will disclose applicable pricing, billing period, renewal behavior, and included features before purchase. Payments would be processed by Apple through the App Store. Subscriptions, if offered, may automatically renew unless cancelled according to Apple's rules, and users manage or cancel subscriptions through their Apple account.
Intellectual Property
The app, website, branding, design, and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for lawful personal or business purposes. You retain ownership of your own files, photos, emails, documents, and other content.
Prohibited Uses
You may not misuse Printer One, reverse engineer it except where permitted by law, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload or print unlawful content, violate third-party rights, abuse provider APIs, distribute malware, or use the app in a way that harms users, services, networks, or printers.
Availability of Services
Printer One may be updated, changed, interrupted, or discontinued. Third-party services, printer services, provider APIs, networks, and device features may be unavailable or may change without notice. We may restrict access where needed for security, legal compliance, maintenance, or misuse prevention.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent allowed by law, Printer One is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free output, compatibility with every printer or file, or suitability for a particular purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, documents, revenue, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of Printer One. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
Termination
You may stop using Printer One at any time. We may suspend or restrict access to the app or related services if use violates these terms, creates security risk, causes harm, or is required by law. Sections that by nature should continue after termination will continue to apply.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms when app features, third-party integrations, legal requirements, or business practices change. The effective date above shows when this page was last updated. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
